GROUP SESSIONS

Fancy getting together with a group of people with common goals to have some fun and laughs all whilst getting fitter, healthier, trimmer and more Awesome?  Well, you have come to the right place.

At Be Awesome Body we run a range of fun group exercise sessions, which cater to every level, whether you want just be more active, to lose a few pounds or inches, or to really shape up.

Groups have their own member’s only Facebook page and so the session does not need to end the moment you walk out of the door.  You can continue to receive support and advice from your instructor or share your triumphs, experiences and not so successful moments with your Be Awesome buddies, be your own motivators. 

Each session lasts around 50mins and groups will not be more than 12.  The common theme is shaping bodies by burning calories, melting fat and improving cardiovascular performance.  So, whether you are training for a sporting event or simply want to improve your functional health, i.e. keep up with the kids, run for a bus or just climb a flight of stairs without getting out of breath Be Awesome – Body can help.

Body sessions incorporate a mixture of cardio and strength training in a range of fun activities.  It’s as hard or as easy as you want to make it so your results really are dictated by you.  There are no prerequisites for this class, it is suitable for all levels and all-comers are welcome.  Let’s get sculpting some summer bodies!

Membership is subject to a general health assessment, if you have a pre-existing health condition please seek advice from your Doctor before taking part in any physical activity.
