These two quotes – as different from each other as they are – capture for us what emotional wellbeing is all about.  In a nutshell, it says to everyone that, “You have the power to live a bigger life”. 
You may be comfortable with your life as it is, and really believe that you are not missing anything from that life right now.  Or maybe you do feel that you are missing out on something but are not sure how to access that missing bit.  Perhaps you do occasionally find yourself asking “Is this it?” as you head home on the train or bus, or in the car, etc.  
The truth is that we will all at some time look for the easiest route to getting through life.  We will settle for what we can get right now.  We will travel with our eyes lowered to the ground, not wishing to look up at all of the things we could do or be, for fear of losing what we have or are right now.
Emotional wellbeing offers you the chance to look again at how you live your life.  It says ‘Challenge yourself, take a risk, to become daring!’  Look again at life as you live it and answer this question:  “Would you live this life again in exactly the same way if you had the chance again?”.
It’s time to take care of you. 
You’re more powerful and stronger than you give yourself credit for being. You have one life to live, so live the life you love and love the life you live. Don’t wait for ever for that perfect moment to do something – go before you are ready or you will never be ready to go at all.  At the end of the day, it’s your life. You deserve to be happy. You deserve to make your life a daring adventure and to manifest your AWESOMENESS.
